There is Pieced Together on State Street, near Georgetown Square and A Quilt of Many Colors in Leo (about a 20-minute drive). Here are their web sites:

Our family live on Turf Lane in Ft. Wayne. Looking forward to seeing all the ggrandkids. Just getting ready to leave.

Fort Wayne also has JoAnn's, Hancocks and Hobby Lobby - all within an approximate 1-mile radius of each other.
