I had placed an order with Rugs USA even though I couldn't find a coupon code anywhere. Their prices are great so I ordered anyway. Then I opened my Quilting Board last week and lo and behold they had a coupon code on the front page. I emailed them and kindly asked if I could get the discount on the rug I had ordered. They emailed me back with the amount they credited back to my account. Wow! I was doing the happy dance. Thought I should share when Customer Service is so important.

That is truly great customer service

It's nice to hear the happy customers instead of just the complaints. We like to be warned, hence the complaints, but also like to know there are some businesses that still appreciate their customers!
