Ohhh, I wish that my MIL still was in the house in Port Charlotte...this would make me go visit him. They moved to north FL after Charley.

We just came back from Punta Gorda, now I wish we had waited.

Ooh, would love to go but a long drive. Was in that area or close last summer. Beautiful area. Enjoy for the rest of us!!

Hubby and I may take a road trip down there, weather and work schedule dependent (yes, we have to work some weekend:() I'll go to the quilt show, and he'll go golf :mrgreen:

Was at last years, looking for a new sewing machine. Beautiful quilts. Had called about the PRQ quild in Oct and was going to go to a meeting, Just never got up the nerve.
Don't know anyone in the area that quilts. Have marked my calendar.
