I would love to one year know about this in advance and plan to come up and grab my sister in Buchannon and go on that bus tour. She doesn't quilt; she tried but her and the sewing machine just dont see eye to eye but she'd go with me in a heart beat. It would be so much fun. I've been going to the Hampton quilt show for the past couple of yrs here and now this yr I'm going to Raleigh NC the 21st of June for their sewing/quilt expo. I have a friend there and we've signed up for some great classes ranging from dyeing fabric to FMQ on the machine that I own but I don't have to take my machine; they are supplying them. I'm so excited. Hopefully some people on here can use this info and go to at least a few of the shops. We only have about 3 to 4 shops in our shop hop and the farthest is about 1 hr trip but I do it each yr. It's great to see what they all have.

It is always about the same time each year usually the second week of June. My sister and niece from NJ have come down for the past three years and we have a blast going all over the state. I have a camp near Buchannon and we use it as our central location. Their is daily drawings at each shop and lots of freebees you should definitely try it some time
