If you're coming down 75 or 121 from OK into Dallas, you're going to pass through McKinney...there are two nice shops there...one is in "old" historic downtown McKinney and is called Happiness is Quilting. The other one is on the side of 75 and is called the Quilt Asylum. Both are really nice and don't carry too much of the same type of items.

I'm headed down that way as well. Finally get to meet my great-nephew born in August. Any good shops coming in from Arkansas? We're headed to the I-35/I-820 area of DFW. THanks!

Don't miss Quilt Country in Lewisville right on I-35 N out of Dallas/Carrollton. Please tell Sandy I sent you!

Also Old Craft Store in old town Carrollton, just off I-35 N as well.

There is a quilt shop in Keller, Texas, Old Town Quilts just north of Fort Worth.
She sells high quality quilt fabric for $4.99 per yard the year around..I was doing a BOM and purchased some of my fabric from the quilt shop doing the BOM paid $9.50 per yd., then found the same fabric at Old Town Quilts for $4.99.

Tell them Diana sent you....they know me by sight. Ha!
