Join us at The Carnegie Library for
a fund raising
Quilt Show!
Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May 15
11 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
$5.00 admission
304 W. Chicago Blvd.
Tecumseh, MI 49286
You won't want to miss all the beautiful quilts on display in our historic Carnegie Library. The Library has fallen into disrepair over the past few years and the community has been hard at work raising funds to bring her back to her original glory! What better way to raise funds than through a quilt show? You will see over 100 quilts, wall hangings and even a few quilted garments from local artists! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at 517-423-0053.

Unfortunately, we never made it to the Tecumseh show either. We went to the Cameo Guild's show in Clawson MI on Sat and planned to go to Tecumseh on Sunday but the weather was so nasty (rainy & blustery) we decided to stay warm and cozy at home.
The Cameo Guild show was excellent :)

It actually wasn't too bad up there...Thurs and Fri were pleasant (mid 60s and low 70s). Saturday it rained most of the day, but I was inside the casino, so it didn't bother me a bit...lol.
It was 51 degrees when we left Brimley at 4pm...and by the time we arrived home, it was probably 40 degrees.
Had a great time with my family...they are a hoot to travel with. My mom, dad, sister, and friend all spent the weekend up there.
