I was wondering what all the San Antonio ladies were up too lately. I have been here almost a year. I remember so clearly because the day we moved in I went to the quilt show and had a wonderful time with some of the ladies from around here. We met at the show walked around and had lunch. Was wondering if you guys wanted to do it again. We could meet Friday the 21st. Am also wondering about joining a guild or at least going to a meeting or two. Mornings were better for me, is there anyone that would mind if I tag along with them? Thanks Beth

Do you mean Sept 21st? I belong to 2 Guilds --- one meets the first Thurs at 7PM at Castle Hills - a small but fun group... the other is the Greater San Antonio Quilt Guild (that held the show --- I was collecting tickets) membership is around 150. They meet the second Sat at 10 AM on Callaghan near I 10. Both have good classes. I also belong to a Bee on Thousand Oaks near 281. It meets every Friday from 10 am until about 2 PM. PM me if you want more info and let me know the date for lunch.

I also am a member of the Greater San Antonio Quilt Guild and an embellishment bee that meets the third Tuesday evening each month from 6:00 until 7:30 or so. I encourage you to join us. Send a PM to exchange more information. I almost always attend the Guild meeting on the second Saturday of each month, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church on Callaghan. Thank you ladies for responding so quickly. I had problems with signing in and just got all of that figured out.
I really need to come to a meeting in the mornings at the present time. Pete maybe I could go with you to one of the Bee meetings on Friday morning? I am not too far from Thousand Oaks. That would be great. The guild sounds fun also, have never been a part of one so it would be a new experience. I really did enjoy the show last year. You ladies did great.
