Where are you located? My sister and I plan to go on Saturday. You are welcome to join us.

I was looking at the flyer I have for this show earlier today, wondering if it was worth the drive. I thought maybe I could combine the show with a day in Annapolis. Are there any quilt shops in the area I should try to visit if I'm able to go?

Yes, there is one about 7 minutes away, called Cotton Seed Glory, there is Seminole Sampler in Cantonsville (30 or so minutes away),
and Bear Paw in Baltimore (about 45-50 minutes away), they all have websites - so check them out. And Cotton Seed will have 40% off some bolts of fabric. I think they will be at the show as a vendor also.

I've been to Bear Paw and Seminole Sampler, but I haven't been to Cotton Seed. If I get down that way this weekend, I'll stop in there. Thanks!

I went to the show yesterday. It was nice. One thing I like about smaller local shows is that the quilts are more basic, with quilts that I could replicate from my stash. At the larger shows, it seems there are so many complicated quilts that I would never want to make. It's a personal preference.

DH came along and we spent the day in Annapolis. It was lovely and I would definitely attend this show again.
