I am learning about this. I had a class last night. Quite interesting ( and relaxing) last night was only my second class but what I've learned is very intriguing. I look forward to each and every class.

One thing I don't understand about Reiki is how do you know when you need a session?

a session can be done at anytime reiki is helpful for mental, physical & spritiual realingment fact is we r ALWAYS being bombarded with negativity even if we do not realize it our body is reacting to it. many times the effects of reiki are subtle however is indeed helping deeper areas we r not fully aware of because we r sooooooooo much more then our pyhsical selves.

Thanks for the explanation. So if I understand correctly since it is subtle there are times when one does not even notice the effect of the session.

correct..... overtime however u will see things clearer, new insites. this is not to say, because there r cases where there r immediate changes. generally it is overtime simply because ur awareness is greater. does this make sense?
