I got back yesterday from the Lancaster Quilt Show at The Continental Inn. It was my first quilt show and really enjoyed it. Not too overwhelming. Is there a quilt show in Somerset PA.? I only live a half hour away. Thanks

I always enjoy this show - did not purchase much. Would have loved more time to shop the stores but will get down again just to do that !

My friend and I went to the Lancaster Quilt Show on Thursday. I enjoyed it and the quilts were exceptionally very colorful this year. But there was something about the show I didn't really care for but I just can't pin it down. Last years show I thought was alot better, maybe there was more vendors and quilts. Then we went to the other ones on Rt. 30 really we only went to the one. It was ok, alot of vendors weren't there at the one accross from the Continnental Inn. I hope the one in Oaks Pa. will be alot better than these. I'm sorry but I was a little dissapointed at this years show.

I enjoyed the show in Oaks last year. I believe they had the quilts in one area & vendors in another. I like it better, seems like I don't miss anything.
