Anyone live in Louisville, Ky? my kids, and their cousins would like to plan a reunion the weekend of june 29 in louisville, Ky. Can anyone recommend maybe a church that would host and provide a banquet dinner, and let us all visit 4 hrs or soo the night of june 29? any suggestions. please? 72 years old, and i'ld like some help please.

no suggestions for a place to hold this--it might help if you share about how many people will be there though. We were in Louisville last July--what a fun place! Definitely I would recommend taking in the Louisville Slugger visitor center--great for all ages. The Churchill Downs museum was great too--but they may still be racing at that point in June--would need to check that out. Are most of you coming from other places? If so, if you will all be staying in a hotel, if you book the same hotel often they will make a meeting space available.

I would check on line at their travel guide site for Louisville. Most states and cities have a list of things to do and places to go while there and a contact number of the chamber of commerce. Maybe start there?
