Beautiful, I would love to make this for my sister who is going through a rough time. Was it a kit?

I will try to answer a few of your questions.
I purchased the panel and the fabric in the long block at a quilt shop in Ca. while visiting there in Nov. I had all the rest of the fabric in my stash. At one time they had the panel in Keepsake quilting catalog but it is not in the latest one. I am sorry I can't give you a name but, I will try to research it on the net and let you know.
