You did a fabulous job! The 3-D effect is strong and I think the pink and black fabric is perfect together. I love this quilt! But then again, I like curves in quilts and you were able to create curve without cutting one! Be proud of your self - well done!

Been wanting to do this one, too, but now...I want it rectangular!!! I like it even better that way. Funny how we quilters take a fabric shortage and turn it into something even more magical than envisioned. Great job, now to figure out how I can redo my pattern....

:lol: :lol: :lol: I took off the 1/2" seam allowance, halved the measurement then added the 1/2" back on - do the calculations while watching TV, make a mistake here and there with your cutting, run out of fabric, then hey presto! You have a rectangle! :mrgreen: :lol:
