Very nice. Love the bright colors, and especially love the border.

I never realized that you could use a different size block for the center of the 10 minute block! It really brings the focus in on the "window". Your choice of fabrics is beautiful! I really like this quilt.

Someone posted a tutorial on the board, I found it by searching for the 10-minute block. In that thread they talked about using different sizes of blocks, both the four outer blocks and the center one. I first made a block using all five squares cut to 7 inches. At a finished size of 13 1/2 in. I thought that was too large for what I envisioned and thought the center block was too small, it seemed to get lost within that big of block. I trimmed off my block until I got the balance I liked. Ended up using a 2 in larger block for the middle than the outside blocks. I have one with that have 5 in. cut block for the outsides and 7 in cut for the center. I am also working on one that has 6 in. cut outer and 8 in cut center for a finished 11 in block

That is a very pretty quilt. I have made that block and like the end results. How did you get the black in each window

that is really nice...I would have cut that off too! A lady just did a demo of this block and it took her 30 minutes....so much for the 10 minute block idea..hehehe
