It's called replacement value-we have this on our personal home and for the buildings on our rental properties-it allows for current cost adjustments.FYI Thanks

Good to hear you finally have a lovely space to sew in after months of hardship after the fire & great that u have such lovely new toys to play with! Please post pics of your industrial sewing machines & tell us how u like them once u get them up &running.

So glad you are on the way to recovery. Saw on last night's local news an update on last years fires. So its good to see something good from such a horrid time

WOW, what a great sewing room you. Plastic totes with snap on lids will keep mice out of cat food, or anything else. I use them in storage sheds outside for bird seed and items I want to keep them out of, for years they haven't been able to chew into them.

That is a great room. I'm so sorry about your losses. But, I sure am glad that your on the rebuild, restock and mend end. And of course, the most important of all......your still here to share with all of us.
