I saw a tube quilt video from Missouri quilting and basically did a small version from memory. Used 3" x 42" strips and sewed colors together I thought complemented one another. I have a box full of 3" strips, grouped by fabric pattern with a tag on each group that tells me how many strips I have. I used groups that only had 2-3 strips so that I could use them up. When the tube is all sewn together I cut in 3" strips again, then you have to rip out each succeeding seam so that you can alternate the colored squares. The video would help a lot. Layout is important. I hope this helps.

Very pretty! Love your colors. Did you strip piece or tube piece this? (Either way is a fun and easy way to do these. Your next challenge.) :D
