Default 2 more quilt done

Some of yous know, I have been makeing quilts for my grdkids & my 2 grt grdsons, the twin boys. I've kind of put a stop on makeing quilts for me/family, at home here. I've starting to make quilts for my 6 brothers and 2 sisters. I'm sorry to say this, but even though I have brothers. Some of my brothers and me aren't close. Here is 2 quilts I've made for my sisters Sandra & Kathy. Eventually down the road the next set of quilts will be for my 3 sister/brother/in law. This quilt the 4 outer blocks are of a different color. This 1 I sewed into rows today, and put just a simple border.(with the yellow 9 patch)I'm not sure which quilt my sisters will get. I'm going mark each quilt, with a Number 1-2. My 2 sisters will draw a #, and which # they draw is the quilt they'll get.

That's a good way to avoid controversy over who gets which of the lovely quilts.

Great quilts. You are so productive. I would never attempt quilts for all family, just my siblings and grandchildren. If I started on nieces and nephews I would never be done, between grands, great grands, and great greats my parents have 70 something. And that just my side of the family, whew!

I wish I had your fortitude and ability to get things finished! Your quilts always look pieced so exact. Your family members will be blessed to have them.
Regards,
Kif
