Default Craftybear Pincushion Cover

this is the Pincushion Cover that I made using the hexagons (I was in live chat and talking to another member as she couldn't post a picture, so I tried and it worked) Thanks moderator for moving this to the picture section.

Your pincushion is so pretty and practical. Is it a bought pattern? Would you mind if I tried to replicate it?
best wishes

A tutorial would be nice and appreciated, if you wouldn't mind going to the trouble for the rest of us.

That picture brought back memories. I made one like that for my mother when I was in freshman home-ec. That was 50 years ago. It is still cute and would make a nice "going off to college" gift, along with a few needles, buttons and a little pair of scissors. Thanks for sharing.

This looks better than any I've ever seen, probably because the fabric is so perfect for it.
