Default 4 Charity Lap Quilts Done For Adult Senior Center

I just finished 4 lap quilts for our local Adult Senior Services Day Center. I did two in pink florals for ladies, and two in earth tones for men. They like to have them for the seniors while they are sitting in chairs or wheelchairs during the day. I don't know the name of this pattern, but it is the easiest one I have, and is my 'go to' pattern for charity quilts.

Jeanne! How sweet of you! I am sure they will be so well received at the home.

Very nice lap quilts! What size do you make them? What do you put on the back? I was told that flannel was best as it did not "slip" off of their laps so easily.

They're beautiful! It's amazing how the change in fabrics gives a whole new look. I'm going to give this pattern a try.
Thanks for sharing.

I made these 42x50--they cover the lap and down to the feet--not too big or bulky to be used by someone sitting in a wheelchair. I used a muslin backing, but think the flannel idea is a great one!
