It's terrific! I was hoping when I first looked at it that it was paper pieced and it IS! LOVE it! I have a 10 year old granddaughter who is totally interested in the solar system and it's workings, so have been wracking my brain for an idea for a Christmas gift quilt for her. This will be PERFECT! Thanks for posting the link.

Am thrilled about the block but more thrilled about the rain. We need it so desperately. Please pray for us. The crops are already nearly ruined but there might be hope for some yet. Hope your class enjoyed and appreciated your efforts.

I love the block. I just printed it out. I am going to play with it and see how it works. Several ladies at the LQS are bugging me to teach paper piecing. It looks like it could be paper pieced. After I play with it I will ask her permission to use it for a class.
We desperately need rain too.
