That block would make an awesome scrappy quilt! All the stars could bein the same or similar colors and the rest could be scrappy or each block could be different colors or....... Possibilities are endless! Thank youfor sharing!

If you have extra rain, I would be happy to pay the postage on any you would like to send to Michigan. We need it badly. Crops are stunted and suffering. Bushed are loosing leaves and the poor animals are seeking anything green to eat just to get the moisture.

Oh, thank you so much! I've been planning a Texas flag quilt for our daughter, Log cabin style, and was stumped about the star (didn't want to just applique a star) so this is perfect!! Guess I'll have to move forward or come up with another excuse....:-/
