Default #6 of 2013 Mission to use scraps - Finally

Here is the latest, it took quite a bit longer than the others. It is 80" x 97". Had to hang it sideways to take the pic. No pattern used, just my interpretation of a quilt I saw in a photo and loved. Used string blocks and a bunch of my 1 1/2 in. strips. It will go into the to-be-quilted pile as the machine I use on my frame is very sick (sobbing) and I fear will need major surgery. Going to use the x-block ruler on my next one. Happy Quilting to All!!!

So pretty and so much visual interest. I love how it looks three dimensional - the back ground with a lattice in front. Really neat quilt.

I love your quilt, I can't believe you didn't have a pattern. Looks complicated, until you really study it.

great going, looks great. I would even like a sick quilting machine, my hubby is handy at fixing things. Keep up the work
