It looks lovely. The quilting design would look lovely on a light background, the roses would stand out a treat. Lovely work.

I have only been a LA for a short time but I learned a long time ago never set an unrealistic dead line. I took a quilt from a lady that had to be done by July 1st but she needed to put the binding on so her niece could take it to the fair for her as she is going to be gone. My machine had a problem last week that needed repair and I got it taken care of but was out of commission for 2 days. So I have this lady's quilt on my machine when she calls and says she thought it would be done by last Friday, ( out of commission days). I told her it would be done this weekend and she commented on how long it would take to put the binding on as she does tiny stitches. Even I can put a King size binding on with tiny stitches in an evening watching TV. So I put over 40 hrs, 3,500 yards of stitches and tons of roses on this quilt. Now she called 2 more times. I have had little sleep and ready to be a bit nasty. So yesterday I took my husband with me to deliver it incase my mouth got in trouble. She was so pleasant and LOVED the quilt. Just go figure!!!!! I do not have a full picture of it but here is a small on with the stitches. Hope you can see it. Sorry I just needed to blow off steam. Thanks for listening and looking!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful quilting.

The big 96" x96" quilt I did for the church raffle only took two days to bind. I can only lean over a project like that so long. Surprised my how fast it went. Unlike most of you, I machine stitch on the back and bring the binding to the front to slip stitch into place.

Wow your roses are wonderful. You can do a binding in an evening, wow are you fast. It took me four nights to do a hundred inch square one.

It is so frustrating when you are under a deadline and your machine doesn't work. Mine was acting up this past Spring so I understand that part so well. You vent any time you want, we understand your frustration and loss of sleep.

I hope your machine is doing better and so are you. You do lovely work
