Just thought I would show everyone a little of what I'm well known for in this area. (There is alot of Irish around here!) I put this together this afternoon and really liked the bright yellow with the green. Its 18" square. I make all the bias strips myself and it is all machine stitched. I do alot of these by hand, but did this one on the machine. Thanks for looking, Tricia

Tricia,

It's beautiful! I've been wanting to do something like it, but have been intimidated. Do you have any hints or instructions?

Go to www.hgtv. Click on tv shows for SIMPLY QUILTS. In their search box type celtic, it should pull up shows pertaining to this. They did a show a few weeks ago on celtic designs.

Pretty! My pastor would like that... I may have to experiment with that style.

That Celtic knot is beautiful and intimidating! How many times did you do these patterns before you felt comfortable that you were getting it right?

This particular pattern is a very simple one to do. Its just a matter of making sure you get your over and unders at the right place. I'm also the type of person that starts with the most complicated thing to do. If its too easy, I get bored real fast. So glad everyone likes!!!
