hmmmm....thinking here.
I wonder how crepe paper would work? Thinking it might be able to tear off easier when finished?

Yikes - it turned out to be a beautiful quilt. Could you just strip piece fabric together and not use the paper? Seems to me this would be easier than taking off all that paper.

looks great....I love it! I have also heard of people making a telephone book quilt by doing paper piecing on the pages of phone books.... what a great freebie!!!! :lol: :lol: :thumbup:

not sure crepe paper would work...it is so flimsy....the paper isn`t hard to remove on this...just will take a while....i used small stitches to piece ....

well i think this is easier, because the paper guides you along keeping everything straight....i did remove the sides once it was full....it really makes it so ....i usually use pieces of leftover muslin for foundation...but wanted to try this methond and i love it.....won`t be my last... easy to sew...
