When you can find "Lebkuchen" or Ginger Bread in the supermarkets over here you know: Christmas is coming..... And Lebkuchen are there at the end of August!!!
And so it is high time to start making an "Adventskalender" or "advent calendar" for our fifth grandchild born in June!
I love this panel with the teddy bears under the Christmas tree, but it is no longer available.. So I sent a question round the www and was lucky to get one! I think I made 5 or 6 till now for my grandchildren and nices!

First I have to quilt it a little bit, then I have to sew on the little bags for candys and some tiny gifts! Here you can see how it looks like when it is ready!

I like your calendar. What do you add to the pockets? I made my grandsons one and got goofy and put big pockets on it.. it’s expensive to buy gifts for two teenagers for 24 day’s!
