Was this hard to do? I was going to get the pattern but not sure what they mean by picture piecing.

Hi, No it's not hard. This is raw edge applique. It's sort of like paint by number. You could do it I'm sure :thumbup:

I do alot of raw edge applique and have lots of batiks. The majority of the fabric came from my stash. That said, I think I bought most of the fabric when I lived in California.... so I've had it a while. I know if you try to get a kit - it will have different fabric. I love this - glad you did to :D
