So I went to Goodwill and spotted a box sitting in the suitcase section that had some latches at the bottom. We all know what that means...that's no suitcase...it was $15.00 and it seems to be in pretty good shape. I need to replace the rubber bobbin winder thingy...but wooo hooo!

Wow! Great find! Seeing that picture just made me realize that that sewing machine model is like the one I learned to sew on. What model singer is it? Is the case black or blue? Just love it.

I'm still learning what is is. I think it's the 15- 91 series? The case is gray and black mottled.

Great Buy!! I love singer sewing machines. I have collected afew. I got one in a nice cabinet at goodwill on 1/2 day off sale for 45.00 it sews like new. That is what I like about singers plus I like the cast iron metal they have a sound of there very own. I sew on a Janome custom embroidery 9500 and a Janome mid arm 1600. I'm still undecided on which long arm I want in the future.

    You are lucky.

Our Goodwill never has anything like that or fabric there.

Wow, you found a good one, did you test it out at the store, or just paid for her and ran with her out the door
