    Air Force Quilt

Here is another new guy. I am new at the craft and I am getting better. The attached photo is my second quilt, my first was a lap quilt from a pattern. The Air Force Quilt is of my own design. I designed it, appliqued it, pieced it, quilted it & bound it. It is a Queen Size (90 X 108). I named it "Off we go into the wild blue yonder." I will put more info in my profile about myself.

Glad to meet you! Beautiful quilt, and as you can see in my avatar (which is sideways for some reason) I'm also partial to AF stuff, this one for retired Master Sgt. Son-in-law.

Your quilt is beautiful. Thank you for sharing and for your service. My son retired from the Air Force 8 months ago and I know he appreciated the Air Force retirement quilt I made for him.
