Very cute. I'm sewing like crazy for a grandbaby too.

Oh, for this step-daughter, there had better not be another one. She has enough, especially since she is so young. I'm not sure kids today realize just how much it takes to raise babies. But it's her life, and we'll stick by her no matter what. I'd rather make more for her girls as they get older. That will still give me lots to do.

Love the fabrics and the stars. Did stars on a flannel baby quilt one time and loved them.

Don't you just get amazed at what quilters on this board think up? I think even I could quilt a star with this method!! Aren't we clever??

I love the stars! I am glad you went neutral! Both of mine were "supposed" to be boys....but I got two lovely little girls! :) On my second one, I did all neutral. Fortunately with my first I was hospitalized or I would have had a room-full of blue stuff! haha! Your quilt will be perfect for the new little one! Did you just pin your paper to the top and sew through it to make your stars?
