I was hunting for a pattern for my daughters quilt when the first Bargello Quilt with a Twist was posted by gcathie about a year ago. Thank you!

It was just what I had been looking for and didn't know it. I had already purchased all the fabric and was ready to go as soon as I cleared the decks. My version of the quilt is now finally finished! Since I started this project my daughter has become engaged so this is now her wedding quilt. Sometimes procrastinating pays off!
This quilt grew, as do most of my quilts. I think it finally ended up at 70"X80", give or take. I still managed to machine quilt it with my Bernina. That stitch regulator is a marvelous invention! This is the first time I can honestly say that I am pleased with the result. See! It just took tons and tons of practice on all those other projects. Who said practice pays off?

dkabasketlady, that fabric was pure serendipity! I was so lucky to find it and it was exactly what that quilt called for. I need to get some more for my second magnolia quilt. One for me!

Charismah, thank you so much. I have to tell you I have dozens of "practice quilts" that have finally let up to this one. Some of those practice quilts are pretty strange! BUT it's finally paying off. Finally!

DebraK, isn't that rolling wave pattern fun? So simple and you get such a big payoff when it's finished! Have fun with it.

As always, thank you everyone for the sweet comments.
