I had to run in here for a fix! keeping pc online, so I won't be cut off again. ppl can call me on cell, but they won't and that's great, cause it doesn't interrupt me in cave!
This chickie is SUPER! I love the colors, and the star stands out so well, and the fabric is perfect for the feathers...it's another winner!!! eww, I can't wait...tongue out so far, gonna have to roll it in :lol:

So cute Patti. I started on a big rooster, but had to quit for now - some one coming to view hosue, so had to put everything away!! Makes me so mad to hide all the mess I make when sewing.

Boy I cant wait to try some of those chickens. Is it hand applique are machine. I think I want to try hand. I just love hand work cause I can sit in chair and husband dosent feel so neglected. :oops: :oops:

Thanks all...I'm at a point now that I am going to have to "really" think (I know..its a very painful activity for me) about which one I'm doing next. I think I'm going to have to make some smaller blocks...will have to figure out how to shrink some of them

tslowery- I usually do hand applique but, these are machine appliqued. I've been doing all my tracing and cutting out at night sitting with DH..so he doesn't feel all neglected. He really likes these..so going to sew them is okey dokey with him :wink:

I just love all the chicken blocks you have been posting....... just might have to try them........ Oh dear me just another thing on my list of things to do.......... BOL. Wonder if I will live long enough to do that big long list.
