A DWR is Double Wedding Ring. I love using the Rings tha Bind and it comes with the ruler for the arcs and it is very easy to do and I am still a newbie and didn't want to try the traditional one yet.

It is a pattern book by Cheryl Phillips and Linda Pysto and it comes with "The Arc-Ease Tool" which is acrylic and just so easy to use. The books shows you how to make even the traditional DWR (with different color fabrics in the arcs) doing strip piecing, plus the outside arcs and scallops are the binding. You do both machine quilting (when sewing arcs and then the blocks together) and quilt as you go. I do my hand quilting in the center. I just love this, but need a break from it and start quilting my Dancing Flowers quilt.
