Your great grand daughter is precious. (so pretty) My mom lived to see 6 great grand daughters, with two of them being 12 at the time.

The Hello kitty quilt is the prettiest I have seen. One little girl in that bunch of ours is all into the Hello kitty too.

I don't know what is more precious, the Sweet little lady or the quilt.

Goodness it's possible --somebody is cuter than that quilt--which is super adorable too.

I cut out the center piece and adjusted the squares to fit the center, they ended up being nine inch squares. The kitties are all appliqued, which I gathered from books and the net. I took them down to Office Depot and had them enlarged a little. My printer is not connected yet so I couldn't do it, but it only cost 3.00 to enlarge them. The flowers were from a shear material which I fussy cut and dabbed it with a glue stick and stuck them in the center of the block, then satin stitched around it. I put the ruffle around the center at the last minute to break up the stark yellow. I made a pillow case to go with the quilt, put the quilt in the case with a bow on it and that will be hers for Christmas. My other 3 grandkids want one now. They are old enough to help me with their quilts, all three love to sew, even the boy.
My great granddaughter is a pistol!!!!
Syl

Thanks a million.
