Default another trivet finished

I made this trivet/hot pad tonight for a friend who loves ladybugs! Again I used Insul-brite to protect her table. Making these trivets is addicting! I appliqued the ladybug and finished the trivet with free motion. Ready for the mailbox tomorrow!

Such a sweet looking lady bug. How could not smile every time she uses it?

That is so cute. And your trivet lays so flat, I seem to have so much trouble finishing the edges, there is so much bulk, with insulbrite, batting and two layers fabric. When I finish it just does not look good.
