Another UFO Bites the Dust - Star Flower Wreath

    Whew...finished another one.

The pattern is Star Flower Wreath by Chickadee Charms Design Company. I started this UFO in 1997 and finished piecing it last spring. Charisma did the amazing quilting and I sewed the last stitch of the binding on today. Hooray!

On to the next one. Will I ever make it out of the 90s UFOs???

Congratulations and definitely worth finishing! I still have a UFO from the 90's, not to mention several patterns I bought back then and still haven't gotten to. Beautiful quilt!

Hope you will post your photo on our 2013 UFO Challenge of The Month page too. We would all love to see it there too!

I believe UFOs are like scraps, ferns and dust bunnies. Once you get two, they send spores out into the air and more just happen anywhere the spores meet.

Love the quilt, but I have to tell you I love the quote even more!!! LOL! It fits me to a T! Our Quilt Guild has a challenge this year to see who can finish the most UFO's before our summer quilt show. I will take this quote back to the guild to share next meeting it will enlighten many. Deb
