I've been meaning to post this for awhile. My maternal grandmother was a seamstress and quilter. This quilt came to me from her things. It is very thin now, but holding together well. Orange is not my favorite color, but I love to look at the old prints. It is hand quilted.

There is no separate binding -- the backing is just wrapped around to the front and sewed down.

An attempt to show her quilting

Size is about a double bed comforter

Beautiful work of art. Can you imagine hand quilting that? The lines are so straight and even. I can't see that straight! Treasure it forever.

Beautiful! Love the pattern, the fabrics, and the amazing quilting. The orange gives it a "Wow" factor! You're so lucky to have this quilt...such a treasure.
