I think you've got a winner here, Izy. Your quilt is beautiful, as are all of your quilts. Can't wait for the Tute!

Take care of you and yours.....

donfel
I hate to show my ignorance but what's a D9P?

Donfel.....I am new too and not sure but I think it means a nine patch and the "D" means diagonal...maybe "cut on diagonal" or placement not sure

Margie...up until a few months a go quite a few of us didn't know what D9P was... :D

It's short for Disappearing 9 Patch, which is this pattern :D

This topic is about a variation of this pattern...I am going to do the tute later today :D

Well it is a glorious day right now...so hope the forecast for severe rain tomorrow passes us by, we have had quite enough for one winter this week!! On Sunday night, 110 litres per square metre fell into Lake Vinuela which is right in front of us

Malaga had quite a serious tornado, which caused damage to over 400 vehicles and 200 houses, such alot of clearing upto everywhere.. :(

AND to add salt to the wound we have no water....not sure why, trying to speak to the local town hall....grrrrhhhhh
