I have been busy piecing and quilting. I love an avatar I saw and found the pattern a few weeks ago. I added an extra white panel to make it bigger. I love doing applique. The 2nd quilt is my first try at scrap piecing. Each quilt took me less than a week to piece and quilt.

WOW! Both are spectacular! I especially love the brightness and cheerfulness of the first one. Well done!

The second one is lovely!
But, the first one is so beautiful!! I love it!! Where did you find the pattern? I just have to have it :!: This pattern would be perfect for my 30's stash fabric. Please??? where did you get the pattern??
If I don't get a copy, there is a good chance that I might cry

The name of the pattern is Dolly Claire by Karie Patch Designs. www.kariepatch.com I picked it up at Hancocks in Paducah. I used 1- 5" charm pack and 2 jelly rolls.
