Default Baby Boy scrappy Disappearing 9 Patch

I got it in my head to make a fast baby quilt for my daughter's Brother & SisterInLaw. I pulled my scraps of red/gold/gray and came up with a D9P, one of my favorite patterns. I zigzag pieced some batting ends and I did need to buy soft, minky for the back and the perfect red/gray for the binding.

It was not really FAST like I wanted. But I had fun, got in some free motion practice, used up some bits of stash, and since I went with a 4x5 block grid but intended on 5x5, I have five nice bonus blocks for another future (fast) baby quilt! Yippee!!!

And, yes, one little block is turned wrong. But I didn't see THAT until I took my "finish" picture. I'm betting no one will notice. (I hope)

This is my go to pattern and I love how you seem to get a different look every time. Love this quilt and border and binding both make it perfect. Great job!

Sheri, Such a cute little quilt. I bet no one notices. I had to look really hard to see your little "design" element. I love the colors and that cute border print. And the binding is super fun. All in all, it's perfect!
