Default baby quilt with BQ3 pattern

Friend has a due date of May 17.....needed a fast pattern. Love how easy this went together. Not gonna do borders, just layer, baste, bind. Should i tie or quilt?
She loves giraffes.....

That's fantastic! Love the colors, love the polka dots, love the print! BQ patterns are wonderful, aren't they? I used one for a t-shirt quilt.
Hmmmm. Quilt or tie? I like tied baby quilts! Is your batting rated for enough space between tacks? Maybe a little SITD along with the tying?

That is so sweet. What is a BQ3 pattern? Does BQ stand for baby quilt?

Adorable, I can just see a baby sitting on it looking at all the items and bright colors. Then later folded up at the end of the bed. Pretty neat work I enjoyed seeing it.

Didn't think about both....I like this idea!! Batting is rated for 2-4"apart for quilting distance.
