Default Baby Quilt Finished...Now Just Waiting For The Baby!!

So excited for this happy event!! Our dear friend and his wife are expecting their first baby around the end of this month! He's like our "second" son! We're so proud of him and so happy for him! He's going to be a Dad! I finally got over the flu and got busy on the baby quilt. This is the first, notice I said first!, disappearing 9 patch for me. I really had fun doing it! And I love the monkeys! I had 3 patches left over, so I put incorporated them into the backing. Now it's just waiting for the little guy to make his big entrance! I'll label the quilt after he's born. Happy Holidays to all!

That is so cute. I love the monkey fabrics. I have some to make a quilt for my great grandson but haven't had time to do it yet. Maybe I'll get motivated after Christmas.
