Just finished today. My stepdaughter is expecting her first child in July. It's a girl! I will give her the quilt at the shower I am hosting for her in June. For once I am ahead of the game, LOL. I stitched the blocks in the ditch and stippled the borders.

Looks wonderful. I'm glad you are on good terms with your step-daughter. I have 3 step children. All of them have children. My daughter still hasn't gotten around to it. Life is much easier when you all get along. I hope she truly appreciates your lovely quilt. I have given my steps and thier children many quilts over the years. My step-daughter is a Nurse practioner and washes everything to death. When I give her something I just have to let it go.
