My dd has been begging to make a tote bag. We spent a better part of today making it. I did the cutting and ironing, but she did ALL the sewing!! She's very proud of herself, as am I!!

Great job on a cute purse. She looks so proud of her work. Confidence will help her to go far in life and sewing is a great skill to have.

Very cute...she did a great job! Did you stabilize your embroidery with an iron on stabilizer cut to the size of the whole pocket (leave it on cuz it helps firm up the pocket too--just treat it as one fabric)? It's adorable, anyway. She can carry lots of good things in that bag!
