Celeste,

I know, aren't those amazing. I just can't imagine shaking all over with Parkison's and one arm doesn't work for her and she is still able to do those cards. She has a Nechhi and a serger that she wants to give to me but she is in England and I'm not sure how much shipping would be on them but I'm sure it will cost me a fortune. Of course the dollar is only worth 62 cents over there today.

I'll let her know you liked them.

That balloon is supposed to be a Mikey Mouse head. I should have turned it for the picture. The bear paw is a leaf which is funny for a baby quilt. I do like the quilt though and loved the white fabric with the tiny pink hearts on it. I think the blue fabric might have been a sheet. I really don't know because someone gave all that pink and blue to me.

Happy quilting!

Hi ya, Sorry I hadn't replied as quickly as I wanted to. I finally finished the former "Froggy Quilt" I renamed it Baby Bugs in the Swamp... My friend decided when they found out it was a girl,, to redo everything in Pepto Bismol pink and I had already cut the froggy fabrics, so I came up with what I thought was a nice compromise...

Here is one I've been working on the past two weeks. It's a pretty big wall hanging. I went to 2 classes at Joann Fabrics and this is the top of mine waiting to get finished. Other pressing things to do now though it can wait. Don't look close at my mistakes....

Janstar,
You're welcome for the address. I love to share anything that will help someone out. There's another great one- www.craftconn.com- very organized, very friendly site to use. They have some notions that are out of the ordinary, too. Speaking of which- does anyone have experience with the "Easy Eight" by EZ Quilting products? I swear I am a moron trying to figure out how to use tools to try to make my quilting easier. My husband had to decipher the "X block" gadget. Don't buy it on a smaller quilt shoppe place- I paid $15 online- my newest Clotilde came and it was like $11 or 12.95. Anybody go shopping at JoAnn's with the big sale???

CCbear66,
Thank you for the compliment. I try to use silky on them because I know when my kids were smaller, they would have the binding almost torn off before the middle fabric bought the big one. Amazing how many colors out there! I have made a few self bound quilts, and did only 1 with fabric binding. I want to practise that more but it's soooo time consuming, at least to me.
