This is the second quilt I made. It was in 2003. I gave it to my mother. It is from a pattern called "Mollie's Magic Pansies" and you should be able to find it online if you want to make one yourself. I can't remember the name of the book it was in. Maybe it was "Say it With Quilts" ?

Anyway, this is a really fun Spring quilt.

I hope to post photos of my King size "Leaving California" fall leaf quilt, and the black and white "Three Bean Salad" quilt I made for my daughter, Alisia.

Thanks for looking!

That is really beautiful. I love the colors. That purple is awesome! I don't know if it reminds me more of spring or candy (the colors just make me think candy). :D
Beautiful work!

Wow, Quiltmaker 101, your pansies are beautiful. I'm sure your mom LOVED the quilt. Good job.

Oh my GOODNESS!! That is so totally wonderful!! When I clicked on your post and saw that beauty I smiled and saw spring. And since it's 4 degrees out and I just did horse chores with lots of frozen water buckets--you know how lovely it was for me to feel all warm after looking at your colorful pansies. I'm going back to take another look....

Thank you for sharing your garden!!
