Used 2-1/2" squares to make this bag from the 10-minute block pattern

Wondered how that block would work if done smaller. Have done it in 5" blocks. Very nice bag.

Love the bag .... did you draft your own pattern? Or where can we locate it?
Is it lined, any pockets or batting used?

Nice bag. 2-1/2" squares must have been pretty tricky sewing. I had a hard time with 5" squares.

I have been making the 'bali bags' for xmas, so it uses the same structure, but it is of course a different size than their pattern. It is lined and has pockets on the inside. I used the 'quilt as you sew' method but, if you like a 'firmer' bag i would use a 'interfacing' also
