My granddaughter would love it! Did you just enlarge the clip art, to use it as a pattern? Is it appliqued?

It's hand appliqued. The clip art had lots of small pieces so I combined them to make larger sections. I just criss crossed the ribbons on once the other parts were done because I didn't like how it looked on the clip art.
