Are they applique and embroidery? They are so awesome. Wish mine would look that neat.

I have Baltimore Albums on my list of have to do. I have not the slightest idea that I could come anywhere close to anything of that magnificent beauty but I have to give it my best shot. ("Baltimore, MY Way",-- or--"Baltimore, TeXas Style "maybe? :) )

I have been collecting patterns for years, belong to all the Baltimore sites, pick their brains for any & all details.

I am 76 1/2 years old--I might ought to hurry up & get started?

Thank you so much for these wonderful px! This type of Baltimore Album is probably as close as I will ever get to the real thing.

I'm lost for words, those are absolutely breathtaking. I have my favourites - all of them
I've had one attempt at needle turn applique, still working on it will have to post the block when it's done.
I would love to experience seeing an original in front of me. You are so lucky to have been in the right place at the right time.
Many thanks for sharing these wonderful quilt pictures.

I love a Baltimore Album quilt. It is most definitely on my list of quilts to make. Mgshaw, do you think the fusible could be done carefully enough that it'd be hard to tell? I've done very little applique to date - actually not even a whole quilt - just practice - so I don't know what the outcome really would look like.

Pretty! I use small strips of 1/4" steam a seam to hold my appliques in place, it helps.

Oh WOW. These are just beautiful. I wonder how long a quilter must sit to finish one.
