I thought I would share my first bargello with you. It was a quilt as you go also. I was scared to start it but amazed at how easy it was to do.

Oh my goodness!!!!!!! That is beautiful! A quilt as you go bargello sound really interesting. How did you learn to do that?

Oh, by the way...if it is homeless, my favorite color is blue, LOL!

LOL! I belong to a Wednesday sewing group and one of the ladies there had one she had done in red. So she gave me her directions, but when I got home the first page was missing so I just kinda winged it and it still turned out okay.

That is stunning the black background makes the blues pop :mrgreen:

Thanks, I really liked using the black Fairy Frost for the background because it did seem to add more depth to the overall appearance.

Thanks, it is a wall hanging and if I remember correctly it is 38 x 56.

I love it!!! I have never seen one with the black background, it really sets off the design beautifully :D:D:D
